Please reach out to the correct support team through your AstroPay App by going into your profile.

  • If you do not have access to your AstroPay Account, you can also reach out using the same registered email to support@astropay.com

Issues with my AstroPay Merchant or Partner account

  • For transaction reconciliation, such as status check, user paid but did not receive and similar requests, you can email: business.support@astropay.com

  • For settlement queries, contracts, or other commercial matters, please reach out to your Assigned Account manager either through their email or previously set up channel.

  • For technical issues related to the API or Merchant Portal, you can email integration.support@astropay.com
