If you do not have access to your AstroPay Account, you can also reach out using the same registered email to support@astropay.com
Issues with my AstroPay Merchant or Partner account
For transaction reconciliation, such as status check, user paid but did not receive and similar requests, you can email: business.support@astropay.com
For settlement queries, contracts, or other commercial matters, please reach out to your Assigned Account manager either through their email or previously set up channel.
If you are not able to reach your account manager, please email commercial@astropay.com
For technical issues related to the API or Merchant Portal, you can email integration.support@astropay.com
