I need help with a pending cashout

We have 3 cashouts statuses, here's what they each mean:
APPROVED
If you get this status after creating the transaction, means everything is ok and the user has been credited
PENDING
If you get this status right after creation the transaction, means the destination account (Phone number or User ID) has not registered or completed the onboarding in the AstroPay App, instruct them to complete this process.
CANCELLED
This status is only shared via callback for pending transactions. Cancelled means the destination account (Phone number or User ID) did not complete the required steps to receive the money. Keep in mind we remind them with a text message to complete the steps.
It is not recommended to open tickets with our support team for cancelled cashouts, as we are not able to reprocess a cancelled transaction. Please advise the user they need to complete the steps in the AstroPay App before requesting a new transaction.
